I advise all clients experiencing ANY cold, flu, or Covid-like symptoms or illness to reschedule their appointment. Therapists and clinic staff have the right to refuse treatment to a client if they appear to be presenting with symptoms. If so, call the Healthline 8-1-1 or your physicians office.

MASKS Are client lead. If you wish to wear one the therapist will wear one as well. They no longer mandatory for your appointment. The therapist will always wear one when doing any neck work where client and therapist are face to face.

Massage Therapy

The manipulation of soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm and stress and to promote health and wellness

Karlyn was born and raised in Saskatoon and graduated from the 2200 hr diploma program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2007. Prior to massage school Karlyn attended the University of Saskatchewan and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in Exercise and Sport with a minor in Psychology.

While attending University Karlyn was a varsity athlete in track and field in sprints and relays. In her 5 years with the Huskies Karlyn won 5 CIS National Team Titles, 1 Canada West Team title, 11 CIS medals and 14 Can west medals. In 2015, she was inducted onto the Huskie Wall of Fame. Recently Karlyn and the members of the Huskie Women’s teams from 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2004 were inducted into the Saskatoon Sports Hall of fame. Over her 18 years she was a 3-time Canadian National Team member representing Canada at the 1999 Pan Am Juniors, 2005 Fisu Games in Turkey, and the 2006 Penn Relays.

After track Karlyn’s coach suggested she try Bobsleigh. After a short stint she was called up to represented Canada at the World Junior Bobsleigh Championships where she and her driver won a bronze medal.

Since retiring from track she volunteers her time coaching, sitting on a number of different committees and raising her two beautiful boys with her loving husband.

Her love and knowledge of sports and training help Karlyn with her passion to help people through massage therapy. Karlyn continues to educate herself in different modalities to help her clients. Karlyn has certificates in:
